Knowledge of the game industry and terminology used by mobile game players
Knowledge of procedures for responding to the most common bugs reported by users
your responsibilities
Responding to player issues using the Zendesk platform
Preparing regular reports on work
Preparing FAQs for games in cooperation with PMs
Constant cooperation with other departments of the company
