Minimum of three years of experience as a Creative Lead in the mobile gaming industry
Strong script writing skills and creative thinking abilities
Ability to follow and analyze market trends
Experience in motion design and graphic design
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Jira
Advanced use of necessary Adobe products
Leadership and team management skills
Izmir resident or having no relocation issues

Crafting compelling scripts for game advertising creatives
Analyzing market trends and player expectations to develop strategic plans
Managing the motion design team and coordinating creative processes
Defining advertising and marketing strategies for game projects
Leading and developing team members in our İzmir office
