our requirements

  • At least two years of commercial experience as a Game Designer, Analyst, or relevant

  • Knowledge of Free-to-Play and mobile games KPIs, market and common design methodologies

  • Understanding of player types, behaviors, and motivations, and how we can affect and use them

  • Ability to define tools to support the game design process

  • Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

  • Good analytical skills

  • High level of independence in achieving goals while working with a team

  • Good level of English, Polish is a plus

  • Nice to have:
    - Knowledge of analytics tools
    - Mobile game industry experience

your responsibilities

  • Create clear and precise design documentation

  • Combine data awareness with user intuition to go beyond KPIs

  • Seek to improve designs and user experience based on business assumptions, user feedback, and data

  • Manage and design challenging and satisfying events and activities for the players

  • Cooperate with analysts, game designers, QA, and PO

  • Work mostly on gameplay & balance design, but also game progression, game economy, and live ops
