Head of PC & Console Publishing
In-depth knowledge of PC and console platforms, market trends, and player behavior
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful games on PC and consoles
Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Independence in problem solving
Ability to manage projects on time and on budget
Good work organization
Co-create and execute publishing strategy for the PC and console’s portfolio
Manage PC and consoles games’ portfolio
Create and execute digital pricing and bundle policy
Create and execute retail policy
Secure distribution deals and be in direct contact with the platform owner
Plan and execute marketing activities, including user acquisition, reviews, PR, events, and advertising
Oversee the development of new games and be in touch with product owners
Manage and plan publishing budget and roadmap
Build relationships with key stakeholders, developers, marketing agencies, and platform owners
Lead a high-performance team handling all aspects of PC and console game publishing, from strategy to product management
Build and curate a portfolio of top-tier, commercially successful PC and console games
Cultivate strong relationships with game developers, marketing partners, platform holders, and influencers
Monitor and analyze financial performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
Analyze the market and implement best practices in marketing and publishing strategies
Maintain close cooperation with the head of the business development & investments
