Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the gaming industry

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and plan in order to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in the gaming industry
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the gaming industry
Understand client needs and industry trends to position our services effectively and identify new business opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our services portfolio
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge
Work closely with the services delivery team to develop compelling proposals that address client needs
Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company
Establish and maintain sales reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
