  • Experience in a similar position is welcome

  • Graduate (or part-time student) in psychology, administration, economics, marketing, or similar field

  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

  • Openness, communication, accuracy, and goal orientation

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Basic knowledge about HR Policies & Procedures

  • Independence in carrying out tasks and solving problems

  • Creativity and ability to generate new ideas

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management

  • Fast learner with a can-do attitude

  • Able to collaborate and share knowledge

your responsibilities

  • Managing and enhancing the employer's image both internally and externally

  • Overseeing internal and external communication, implementing image campaigns, and supporting recruitment efforts

  • Co-creating a friendly and supportive working atmosphere

  • Preparing and updating personnel documents, i.e., cooperation agreements and recruitment procedures

  • Communicating, verifying, and entering current information into personnel files, databases, time records, as well as documents related to the course of employment and settlement of B2B agreements, ensuring their correctness and consistency

  • Supporting recruitment in a structured manner to ensure a smooth standard in the managerial recruitment process

  • Verifying documents submitted by candidates/employees, particularly during the hiring process/change of contracts/ termination of employment

  • Collecting and distributing HR documents, recording and archiving (in accordance with procedures and authorizations), and communicating these activities

  • Actively participating in the implementation and integration of new employees into the company

  • Day-to-day handling of HR processes and tasks in a timely manner

  • Preparing reports and analyses

  • Liaising with the accounting department in relation to the month-end closing process

    Depending on the process and needs, occasionally we will ask you to solve a short technical task. This happens mostly in case of the graphic designer process, user acquisition and business intelligence roles. You can ask about your case directly during your first contact with BoomBit HR team.
