requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior or lead 3D role

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, animation, and graphic creation

  • Strong experience with Blender, or 3ds Max/Maya

  • Practical knowledge of the Unity game engine

  • Experience in 2D animation, particularly with Spine

  • Ability to solve technical problems in 3D production

  • Familiarity with 2D graphic creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite)

  • Solid understanding of game production workflows

  • Strong artistic sensibility and high attention to detail

  • Excellent eye for aesthetics and ability to create visually compelling assets

  • Solid grasp of composition and lighting principles

  • Creative mindset, eager to contribute ideas and solutions

  • Strong time management skills and efficiency in delivery

  • Nice to have:
    - Experience designing and implementing UI elements

responsibilities

  • Creating and modeling 3D graphics and animations

  • Optimizing existing 3D assets for performance and quality

  • Preparing 2D graphics and creating 2D animations, with a focus on Spine

  • Implementing assets in the Unity engine

  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in 3D production

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure visual and functional consistency

  • Applying best practices in game production and asset creation

  • Designing and implementing UI elements (nice to have)

  • Contributing creative ideas and visual improvements to the project
