Experience in project management or product management within the IT industry
Basic technical knowledge in databases and programming
Good knowledge of Atlassian Jira or other product management tools
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience with Docker
Excellent command of Polish and English (spoken and written)

responsibilities

Leading the product team to deliver or maintain/develop a product that meets customer needs, aligns with business objectives, within the set time and budget
Collaborating with external clients and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback
Managing and maintaining projects in Jira
Preparing process documentation and product documentation
Close cooperation with development teams and business stakeholders across the company
Reporting progress to the Business Owner
Analyzing user suggestions/requirements
