requirements

Minimum of five years of experience working as a Backend Developer or demonstrated experience in independent projects supported by a portfolio
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Advanced problem-solving skills with a high degree of independence
Strong organizational skills
Ability to accurately estimate work effort and maintain high efficiency
Strong communication skills
Advanced knowledge of team-established programming standards and best practices
Mentoring and knowledge-sharing abilities
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at an intermediate level
Technology:
- Strong experience building backend services
- Advanced knowledge of backend architecture
- Advanced proficiency in designing and working with REST APIs
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with: SQL (especially PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases, .NET, Redis (Valkey), AWS ECS
- Advanced proficiency in the following technologies:
.NET 8 LTS or newer and ASP.NET Core
- Good knowledge of AWS and GCP
- Advanced proficiency with Git version control system
- Strong familiarity with modern software development standards and best practices
- Intermediate proficiency with Docker

Independently resolving advanced backend development issues
Organizing work and managing time effectively to ensure the timely delivery of required solutions
Estimating work time and planning activities to achieve maximum efficiency
Actively participating in team communication, providing technical support to other team members
Supporting and mentoring other team members, sharing knowledge and experience to enhance the team's technical competencies
Maintaining advanced knowledge of the programming standards established within the team and adhering to them during project work
Actively participating in designing, implementing, and maintaining REST APIs in accordance with project requirements
Utilizing Git version control at an advanced level to manage source code and coordinate work with other team members
Performing advanced operations on SQL and NoSQL databases
