our requirments

  • Basic knowledge of Unity 3D

  • Basic knowledge of C# (LINQ, reflection, async/await)

  • Good knowledge of the version control system Git

  • Basic knowledge of .NET

  • Basic knowledge of design patterns

  • High level of autonomy in problem solving

  • Very good time estimation skills and efficiency

  • Very good organization of work

  • Communication skills

  • Knowledge of English (spoken and written) at an intermediate level

  • Nice to have:
    - Knowledge of C++, Objective-C/Swift, or Java
    - Experience with Unity UI Toolkit or CSS Flexbox

your responsibilities

  • Respond to questions and problems reported by developers or other company employees

  • Manage the technical support requests received through an app dedicated to this (Happy Fox) and other communication channels (Slack)

  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues, including diagnosing and fixing problems

  • Active participation in the co-development of documentation

  • Continuous improvement and development of knowledge and participation in training courses and internal meetings

    Depending on the process and needs, occasionally we will ask you to solve a short technical task. This happens mostly in case of the graphic designer procesess, user acquisition and busieness inteligence roles. You can ask about your case direclty during your first contact with BoomBit HR team.
