Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in travel arrangements and expense tracking

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and external travel partners

Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, office software, and expense management tools

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of addressing unexpected challenges during travel planning, and the impetus to solve unexpected situations

Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel protocols is a plus

Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality

Obligatory advanced English skills spoken and written (at least B2 level)

Accepting and processing travel requests from employees, cooperators, and executives, ensuring all necessary details are provided

Utilizing online platforms to make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa processing when required

Negotiating contracts with service providers

Coordinating travel itineraries and ensuring all bookings align with the company's travel policy and budget guidelines

Handling travel-related inquiries and providing assistance to employees regarding travel policies, procedures, and best practices

Compiling and organizing travel documents, expense receipts, and other relevant information for record-keeping purposes

Facilitating the reimbursement and settlement process for travel-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

Monitoring and managing changes to travel plans, such as cancellations, rescheduling, and urgent adjustments

Collaborating with various internal teams to gather required approvals, documentation, and authorizations for travel plans

Assisting in the preparation of travel reports, summaries, and presentations for management review
