In the office...

Office working hours: 7 AM to ~ 7 PM.

Bus #127 and #130.
If you live quite far away from HQ, there is also a PKM station – Jasień PKM station.

Car – there are plenty of parking spaces in the office neighborhood.

In the office...

There will be Asia Słowińska at the reception desk saying “Hello!” to you!

You will find some candies, fresh fruits, coffee and tea in the kitchen. It’s fully-equipped, so you can also cook whatever you want to!

You can play table tennis, table football, or basketball. Or just chill in the garden.

What is waiting for you

at the beginning?

To meet the BoomBit team and to get a full packet of information about how we work, you must go through a few important onboarding checkpoints at the beginning. We’ve prepared a couple of meetings and steps for you to take.

Level 01

Contract and formalities

Meeting with HR represents – the signing the contract. You will get to know about the most important formal things.
IMPORTANT: If you’re joining us with an employment contract, please remember to bring along your certificate from an Occupational Medicine Doctor.
*If you work remotely, you will get your contract via mail.

Level 02

Technical introduction

Technical introduction with Janusz Bułakowski – you will get to know how to use our basic work tools, like Slack, Jira, Calamari.

You will also get to know how to keep yourself cyber safe at work. You should have all the accesses to the work tools during this meeting.

Level 03

The history and culture of the company

The history and culture – meeting with Dominik Gąska and Maja Kryżan.
You will get know more about the historical moments from the BoomBit’s past, some secrets, company legends and the most important teams and personas of the company.

Level 04

Welcome pack

Get your BoomBit starter pack from Monika Kopowska!

*If you work remotely, you will get your Welcome Pack via post.

Level 05

Work tools

Get your hardware from IT department – computer, headphones, etc. – all the stuff that you will need will be waiting for you.

*if you work remotely you get your stuff pack via post.

Level 06

Introduce yourself and start

Introduce yourself on the #general channel with a little bit about who you are, which team are you joining, and what you like to do every day.

Email footer – Link – To go through this step, you will have to wait until you’ve gotten access to the company work tools. Please be patient. 🙂

You will be getting an invitation to all of these meetings at your email address. It will include info if it will be online or onsite. If you’re working remotely, we will set up a video call. Keep an eye on your email box and Google calendar.
