our requirements

Two to three years of experience in a financial department (controlling, audit, or accounting)
Higher education in accounting/controlling/finance
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of financial and management accounting principles and their practical application
Very strong analytical skills
Communication skills, accuracy, timeliness
Motivation for continuous improvement and development
Openness to new experiences and challenges
Excellent self-organization skills
Very good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Knowledge of VBA or Google Apps Script will be an asset.
Practical knowledge of management and financial accounting
Interest in new technologies
ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or Certified Auditor certification (or in the process of obtaining) will be an additional advantage.

your responsibilities

Preparing financial calculations and analyses as well as drafting reports and summaries for the company's Management Board
Analyzing profitability by products/company departments
Participating in the process of preparing budgets for Group Capital companies and individual company departments
Drafting the Management Board Report on Operations and preparing performance presentations in collaboration with the IR agency
Calculating accounting estimates, including impairment tests for assets, valuation of incentive plans, and fair value adjustments for balance sheet items
Monitoring the accuracy of settlements between Group companies and external entities
