our requirments

  • At least two years of commercial experience as a Game Designer, Analyst, or relevant

  • Knowledge of Free-to-Play and Mobile games KPIs, market and common design methodologies

  • Understanding of player types, behaviors, and motivations, and how we can affect and use them

  • Ability to define tools to support the game design process

  • Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

  • Good analytical skills

  • High level of independence in achieving goals while working with teams

  • Good level of English, Polish is a plus

  • Nice to have:

    Knowledge of analytics tools

your responsibilities

  • Help define a direction and a development roadmap for games

  • Create clear and precise design documentation

  • Combine data awareness with user intuition to go beyond KPIs

  • Seek to improve designs and user experience based on data, business assumptions, and user feedback

  • Set up product pricing strategy and monitor game economy

  • Manage and design challenging and satisfying events and activities for the players

  • Cooperation with analysts, game designers, QA managers, and product owners

  • Running and analyzing gameplay and monetization AB tests

  • Improve player churn

  • Cooperation with UA and BI teams

  • Work on game progression, monetization, game economy, live ops

  • Work across many different games and genres with different teams

    Depending on the process and needs, occasionally we will ask you to solve a short technical task. This happens mostly in case of the graphic designer procesess, user acquisition and busieness inteligence roles. You can ask about your case direclty during your first contact with BoomBit HR team.
