our requirments

  • At least two years of commercial experience as a Game Designer/Lead Game Designer

  • Knowledge of F2P and mobile game industry

  • Ability to define tools to support the game design process

  • Able to effectively collaborate with artists, producers, and programmers

  • Excellent communication as well as interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Nice to have:

    - Game economy background

    - Experience/Knowledge of Scrum process

your responsibilities

  • Creating, balancing, and developing game mechanics

  • Getting the design vision for the game across to the team

  • Creating design specs and documentation that clearly communicate the most important aspects of the game

  • Seeking to improve designs and user experience based upon user feedback, as well as changes in business assumptions or data

  • Looking through game data and changing plans accordingly

  • Setting up A/B tests with clear data goals
