  • Strong understanding of the mobile gaming market, industry trends, and competitive landscape

  • In-depth knowledge of user acquisition, business intelligence, quality assurance services, playable ads, and game creatives

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the gaming industry

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel as needed

your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and plan in order to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in the gaming industry

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the gaming industry

  • Understand client needs and industry trends to position our services effectively and identify new business opportunities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our services portfolio

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge

  • Work closely with the services delivery team to develop compelling proposals that address client needs

  • Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company

  • Establish and maintain sales reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies

  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
