your responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining employee records (various forms of employment)

  • Preparing and amending HR documents, i.e., employment contracts, cooperation contracts, and recruitment guides

  • Maintaining appropriate and accurate information in personnel files, databases, and employment-related documents

  • Preparing and collecting data for payroll, supporting and cooperating with payroll provider, making sure that things run smoothly

  • Administrating recruitment in a structured manner to ensure an efficient process for standard and executive recruitment

  • Preparing and recording all documentation related to work permits (including reporting work permit registrations)

  • Ensuring professional services for our internal clients in the field of personnel administration

  • Making sure that all procedures, processes, and documentation are according to current labor laws

  • Preparing and ensuring the verification of the documents presented by the candidates/employees when involved in the process of Hiring/Contract change/Exit, and any other required situation;

  • Collecting and distributing HR documents, registering and archiving (according to procedures), and communicating with all stakeholders concerning these activities

  • Participating in the orientation and integration of new employees in the company
