  • At least two years of experience in product management or project management in the mobile gaming industry

  • Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and industry trends

  • Experience in building interdisciplinary teams

  • Strong teambuilding and leadership skills

  • Extensive knowledge of game production methods

  • Cooperation with business representatives

  • Ability to plan scope of works and roadmaps

  • Good knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools

  • A portfolio of successfully shipped games

  • Experience in business development

your responsibilities

  • Coordinating the process of creating and releasing new games

  • Defining/executing project tasks and milestones

  • Building an interdisciplinary team

  • Team support and regular team communication

  • Improving engagement, retention, and monetization based on a deep understanding of game metrics

  • Creating and updating project documentation

  • Planning work based on priorities, resources, and deadlines

  • Proposing and implementing improvements to the development process and products
