our requirements

  • Minimum six months of experience as a Support Developer or a related position

  • Familiarity with C# programming

  • Familiarity with Unity engine

  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Ability to organize work

  • Communication skills

  • Independent problem-solving skills

  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

  • Nice to have:
    - Knowledge of C++, Objective-C/Swift or Java
    - Knowledge of Unity UI Toolkit or CSS Flexbox
    - Ability to estimate working time and efficiency
    - Knowledge of design patterns

your responsibilities

  • Respond to questions and problems reported by developers or other company employees

  • Manage the technical support requests received through an app dedicated to this (Happy Fox) and other communication channels (Slack)

  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues, including diagnosing and fixing problems

  • Active participation in the co-development of documentation

  • Continuous improvement and development of knowledge and participation in training courses and internal meetings
